Kelly was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania until she made her way out to the Midwest. After graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Illinois State University, she moved to Charleston in 2022.
In Kelly’s previous position, she assisted clients in the legal process for creating families who used assisted reproductive technology (ART) to conceive, with many of these clients being part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Having been adopted herself and being a foster sibling to many, Kelly is passionate about helping others with their family law needs.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys CrossFit, watching documentaries, napping, and snuggling with her dog, Cooper.
